Through years of designing and facilitating retreats and conferences for groups from 15 people to 2,500, we can help you create memorable events and trainings that will exceed your learning expectations.

LESLIE COTTER

Leslie Cotter, MD, is a group facilitator, trainer, executive coach, psychiatrist and psychotherapist. As a coach, she works with individuals and teams who want to find deeper meaning and effectiveness in their personal and professional lives. She works with corporate teams, healthcare professionals, teachers, youth workers, young people and more. As a psychiatrist, Leslie works with a range of clients, from people wanting to improve their lives to people living with serious mental illness.
PEGGY TAYLOR
Peggy Taylor, M. Ed, is a leadership trainer, group facilitator, executive coach, and artist known for her innovations incorporating creativity into programs for adults and youth. Peggy has trained thousands in the US and internationally in creative facilitation and leadership, and has designed and facilitated gatherings ranging from 15-person board retreats to conferences of 2,500 participants. Peggy is an inspirational teacher who can awaken the creative spark in anyone. Her warmth, humor and facilitation skills create a safe, supportive environment for people to stretch themselves and deepen their journey of self-discovery.
